When these invisible patterns come into view, you get to choose what to leave behind and what to carry forward.
Through guided writing prompts, you uncover what you internally inherited across three arenas of life:
Imprint: Foundations - The emotional atmosphere you grew up in and how it wired you.
Imprint on Relationships - How early dynamics show up in your closest connections today.
Imprint on Work & Self-Expression - How inherited patterns shape your voice, boundaries, and what you deeply believe you have permission to do.
Each topic lasts 4 weeks. Sessions run weekly from 12:00–12:45pm Eastern.
I provide prompts, you write. Your writing is for you, nothing is shared.
